Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our IT CRM team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the following areas:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their requirements and goals
- Translate business needs into CRM functional details
- Work with technical teams to design and implement the CRM stage
- Lead and support build-up prioritization and run scope
- Manage the run advancement lifecycle
- Join forces with the business to drive client reception through effective training, communication, and support
Your Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
- At least 7 years of CRM Sales stage experience in a private, public, government, or military climate
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Manager, are a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce design and customization
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and business processes
- Experience with data management and integration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Sense of humor and a positive attitude
