Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You will work independently to resolve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Work independently to resolve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Schedule and Compensation

* Work a 4-day weekend shift (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)

  • Each shift will be 10 hours (for a 40 hour work week)
  • Flexible scheduling per day
  • Competitive salary starting at $18.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period

Requirements

* 1-2 years of customer care experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
