Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you'll utilize your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products and services
- Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
