As an Instagram Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. You'll work independently, handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize a provided FAQ document to answer questions about products, shipping, and returns
• Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary
• Work independently, handling a high volume of customer inquiries via live chat
• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours of availability per week
