Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email channels, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Navigating and utilizing various systems and tools to assist customers effectively, including our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and quality standards, including first call resolution (FCR) rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and average handle time (AHT).
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices, provide support, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to a virtual work environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools, including email, chat, and video conferencing software.
