Job Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, online chat, or social media
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
  • Upselling to customers as necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-related environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
  • Stellar customer service skills, with an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll work in a climate-controlled, contact center environment that's filled with amazing people, incredible career opportunities, and the occasional dance-off. You'll be expected to:

  • Constantly use phone and computer systems
  • Work in a sedentary environment, with occasional stretching breaks to keep your circulatory system happy
