Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers
- Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions for a positive experience
- Learning and adhering to all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes
Essential Qualifications
* Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and follow customer service procedures
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or engagement role
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with returns, refunds, and shipment tracking
