Role Overview

As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to share best practices, resolve complex issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
