Your Role:

As an Email Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline in assisting our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our brand's high standards of communication and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or social media platforms, addressing questions, assisting with order placement, and navigating our site or products.
  • Engaging customers by offering support, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Playing a key role in customer retention by building rapport and trust through effective communication and relationship-building.

Position Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour while providing invaluable support.

  • Contract Length: Open-ended, offering long-term engagement.
  • Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, with flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Requirements:

* Reliable access to a device capable of internet browsing and using chat/social media functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

  • Ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail in following instructions and procedures.
  • A commitment to being available for 7 hours per day and having a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
