Job Summary

As an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching services, and ensuring seamless communication between our team members and clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner

• Manage multiple lines and respond quickly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in dispatching and customer service
