Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Preferred Qualifications:
