Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various tools and systems to explore, examine, and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and escalate complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a virtual customer service environment
