Job Overview

As a Web Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating online interactions with customers regarding automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing a diverse range of customer queries through online chat channels
  • Delivering precise and comprehensive information about various products and services
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments by filtering relevant appointment details
  • Cultivating and updating a comprehensive knowledge base of our continuously evolving offerings
  • Collecting customer contact details to enhance lead generation and facilitate client reviews
  • Summarizing customer interactions based on their unique needs for client insights

Key Responsibilities

* Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and relevant information about our products and services

  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and updates
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills

* Strong customer service orientation and capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
