Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Airline Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to Domestic and International Airlines at JFK (JFK International Airport). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a safe and secure travel experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Domestic and International Airlines at JFK International Airport

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Rotate through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of the airline industry
  • Develop effective communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations
  • Work in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to unforeseen situations and priorities

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • English proficient, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy and familiar with customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and situations
  • Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
