About the Role
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working closely with our data analysis and quality control teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Leading data entry and quality control processes
for a range of data analysis products used to support internal bank operations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
to identify and resolve data quality issues affecting our client information analysis stage
Analyzing complex technical data challenges
within a large data environment, requiring in-depth assessment and problem-solving skills
Leading research and creating reports
on ongoing data quality issues and presenting findings to internal stakeholders
Developing and implementing new data processing workflows and stage enhancements

Serving as a liaison
with internal teams and ensuring effective communication and reporting of deliverables from our offshore team
Championing continuous improvement
, including identifying new processes and opportunities for growth
Contributing to the establishment of performance standards
for the team and ensuring activities meet or exceed performance metrics
Leading the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks
, focusing on solutions, methodologies, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome; redesigning and driving continuous improvement
Leading teams
to meet time constraints and drive new initiatives
Auditing, approving, and executing recommended changes to plans

Required Capabilities

2+ years of experience
in data analysis, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to analyze complex data challenges and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis tools
, including HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, and Splunk
Experience working with large data environments
, including Hadoop and data lakes
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Capabilities

2+ years of experience
delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data architectures like Hadoop
