Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Analytics Support

About this role:

arenaflex is seeking an Associate Analytics Assistant for internal Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for researching, gathering, and reporting on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other key statistics. You'll also provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets, perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks, and coordinate, monitor, and generate everyday production of information applied in analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other key statistics

• Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets
• Perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks
• Coordinate, monitor, and generate everyday production of information applied in analytics
• Regularly acquire feedback from the manager and improve questions and issues to greater professional individuals
• Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures
• Provide manner enhancements and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of Monarch Software and ability to provide verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Required Qualifications:

* 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or the same examined through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, navy experience, education

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to talk with all ranges of staff, management, and industrial agency partners

Desired Qualifications:

* Intermediate Microsoft Excel

• Intermediate Microsoft Access
• Knowledge of reporting, manipulating information, and/or trending
• Familiar with spreadsheets
• Ability to provide manner enhancements and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of Monarch Software
