About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our data entry processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews * Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time * Participate by completing written and oral instructions * Complete written surveys provided for each panel * MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of data entry processes * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities * Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to data entry processes

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop * Must have access to a reliable internet connection * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below * Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * No experience required, but must be able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
