You will be working on a variety of tasks, including data entry, data verification, and data organization. You will also be responsible for communicating with team members and stakeholders to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date.
Duties and Responsibilities
Some of your duties may include:
- Receiving and putting away inventory
- Getting customer orders ready and packing them up
- Loading boxes into trucks for shipment
- Using scanners to read bar codes on products
- Viewing prompts on screens and following the direction for some tasks
- Troubleshooting problems
- Ensuring product meets quality requirements
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and working at heights up to 35 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

Working at arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced experience. You will be working in a warehouse environment, surrounded by moving machines and equipment. You will be on your feet for most of the day, and you will need to be able to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. You will also need to be able to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine, and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
Safety, Surroundings, Activity, and Temperature

- Surroundings: You'll be working around moving machines - order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
- Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature: Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers.
- Noise level: It can get noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
