The Opportunity

We're currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Chat Billing to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations business unit, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through our web-based chat platform. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Chat Billing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through our web-based chat platform
  • Resolving questions and concerns related to billing and payment, rate and fee inquiries, order processing, account updates, subscriber complaints, and more
  • Learning about our products and services to provide knowledgeable customer service
  • Representing arenaflex as the written voice of our company
  • Upholding positive relationships and creating best-in-class customer experiences

What You'll Bring to arenaflex

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications:

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent + Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays + Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience: 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers + Technical Skills: MS Office and personal computer skills + Skills: Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer service + Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, resilient
