Job Overview

As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for extracting and consolidating data from various auctions into established Excel templates. You will also distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting, conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure alignment with the original auction information, and identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into established Excel templates

• Distribute auction data via email to internal teams for processing and posting
• Conduct thorough reviews of posted data to ensure alignment with the original auction information through meticulous cross-referencing and verification
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, including complex errors in postings
• Collaborate with the posting team to maintain accuracy and provide necessary updates or feedback
• Maintain well-organized records of auction data, posting outcomes, and any corrections made
• Propose process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency in our data handling
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management
