Job Summary
As an Entry Level Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize technology to access client information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Schedule
* Flexible work schedule options available to accommodate your needs
- Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime
- Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you
Earnings & Revenue
* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
- You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
- When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
