Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and marketing goals, ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients and customers, and enhancing distributor business and profitability. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates with or without experience. Key Responsibilities

* Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals by developing and implementing effective strategies to drive customer preference and loyalty

• Ensure timely and accurate two-way communication between clients and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage territories efficiently, leading to customer segmentation and partnership for the achievement of sales goals
• Enhance distributor business and profitability by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues
• Outstanding work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Demonstrated capacity to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or education in sales, marketing, events, promotions, customer service, sports industry, travel industry, hospitality, retail, or restaurants

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and other marketing tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
