Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
• Providing accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions
• Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve customer experience

Education and Experience

We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. While previous customer service experience is preferred, it's not required. We're more interested in your:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Continuous learner mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
