Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records while ensuring data integrity. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our database systems from various sources, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and organizing and maintaining files and records efficiently. * Accurately input data into our database systems from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain files and records efficiently, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and rectify errors, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 99% accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with data management software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.

• Experience with data management software and tools, including data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with evening hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements. The typical work schedule for this role is 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 10 hours per week in the evening shift (5:00 pm - 10:00 pm).
