Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our Affinity database. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Key paper applications into the Affinity database with high accuracy and speed

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
• Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
• Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field

Knowledge and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with colleagues, management, and clients
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Hours and Work Environment

* 8:15-4:45pm (may require periodic overtime)

• Work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
• Collaborate with our remote team through regular video calls, instant messaging, and email
