Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You'll work closely with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, and seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience

  • Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users
  • Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
  • Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. If you're a hungry individual looking to jumpstart your career in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Here are some key qualifications we're looking for:

  • Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST
  • 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Weekend availability required
  • Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
  • Experience with Customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
  • Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers
  • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
  • Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus

Team Environment

Our team members are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub. We're a remote-co-located team, operating out of hubs within the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour + benefits + equity
