Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the development of our web and cloud applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our users. With a strong background in data science and a passion for innovation, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our product team to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our users
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve user experience
- Work closely with our engineering team to build and deploy data-driven applications
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably as an early data scientist or product expert at a hyper-growth tech company or research organization
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and ETL tools
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of data scientists
