Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data from various sources, including financial, operational, and customer data
- Identifying trends and patterns in the data and developing recommendations to improve business processes and mitigate risk
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including risk management, operations, and finance, to implement process improvements and mitigate risk
- Developing and maintaining data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools, such as DataBricks, Python, R, SAS, and SQL
- Experience with data entry processes and procedures, including data validation and quality control
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies, such as COSO or ISO 31000
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in risk management or business process improvement, such as CIRM or CBA
