We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Live Chat Support team as a Live Chat Support Agent. As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers through live chat interactions. Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in typing and using chat support software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
