Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on our products and services, including benefits, features, and usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and track interactions with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry setting

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and medical procedures
  • Ability to work in a second or third shift schedule
  • Experience in a production environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
