Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via email and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
