Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – GenAI Development and Deployment

Job Summary:
We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Information Sciences group, where you'll work closely with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and product designers to develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale GenAI frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop unified GenAI tools and services to assess and control GenAI model result quality across the organization
- Collaborate with product designers and engineers to plan and execute the scaling and adoption of GenAI features
- Develop at-scale GenAI framework structures, brief motor development, and ideal model choice procedures
- Create continuous monitoring and assessment tools to ensure the quality and performance of GenAI models
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy GenAI-powered solutions that drive business outcomes
- Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best-practice programming standards, and maintain a high-quality, well-documented codebase
- Develop and present work to technical and non-technical peers, and lead instructional courses to share knowledge and expertise
- Build a deep understanding of business needs and objectives, and use this knowledge to inform the development of GenAI-powered solutions
About You:
* 3-year degree in quantitative disciplines (Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Design) or equivalent experience
- 3 years of professional experience or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in planning and developing deep learning, AI, enhancement, and statistical models
- Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Flash, and Scala
- Excellent working knowledge of numerical and statistical concepts, calculations, and computational complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to real-world business problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly tell data-driven stories through visualizations, diagrams, and narratives
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate effectively across geographies
Nice to Have:
* MS or PhD in a quantitative field
- Experience with creating GenAI-based frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in applied ML and deep learning systems
