Key Responsibilities

As a TikTok Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided, using data and insights to inform future improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
