The Agency Partnership Team

The Agency Partnership team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of agency partners. Strategic Agency Managers are sellers who leverage their executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that arenaflex media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for arenaflex. Agency Managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable business growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth to our agencies, their customers, and to arenaflex. You'll also develop the capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization to enable sustainable business growth for all parties. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives
  • Growing agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients
  • Owning a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement
  • Working across levels of agency partners to grow new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to arenaflex's agency partners
  • Collaborating with Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, aligning on strategic and product priorities with arenaflex Customer Solutions to provide a cohesive experience to our agencies and their clients
  • Shaping the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience assessing and achieving agency success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing
  • Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth, and new business acquisition for agencies
  • Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The total rewards package for this role includes a competitive salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$188,000, with a bonus and equity component that is determined by individual performance and company performance. arenaflex also offers a range of benefits, including:
