Position Summary

We're seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Minnesota and Indiana. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from customers and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries

• Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level

• Create a differentiated service experience for customers
• Demonstrate service discipline and handle service challenges effectively

Essential Qualifications

* Call center and medical terminology/insurance experience

• Experience working in a production environment
• Computer savvy with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
