As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, providing timely and accurate assistance to their customers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer service best practices
