Position Purpose

As a Credit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will provide timely responses to customer inquiries, process credits on behalf of customers, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Job Activities

* Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication

• Use excellent communication and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy
• Perform necessary record keeping activities, including updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts
• Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education

* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
