Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service
  • Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs
  • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base
  • Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for making customers happy
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote employee, you will need to provide:

  • High-speed internet access
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $16-$19 per hour, based on experience. In addition, there are numerous commission opportunities available, with average earnings of $100-$1000+ per month. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
