Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall customer experience. You'll be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, establishing customer relationships, and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. You'll also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Responsibilities

* Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for helping others and a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
