Your Role
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Whether it's assisting with customer queries or responding to sales questions, your role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through live chat
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
