Implementation Analyst, EMR & Practice Enablement

100% Remote Full-time Open now

Who You Are

You thrive when partnering with independent primary care practices to bring new tools and workflows to life - turning complex systems into practical solutions that help physicians deliver better care for seniors. You describe yourself as equal parts project leader, problem solver and trusted partner to providers. You are energized by working directly with providers in the field and are excited to travel regularly to support teams where care happens.

Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is a comprehensive partner to independent primary care practices, combining industry-leading value-based care enablement with robust practice management support. We focus on value-based care programs (including Medicare Advantage and MSSP) and equip physicians with the data, technology, and clinical insights needed to succeed in risk. At the same time, we provide the administrative infrastructure that allows practices to operate efficiently and scale: revenue cycle management, payer contracting, operational support, and other essential back-office services.

Our integrated platform enables physicians to spend more time delivering proactive, high-value care to seniors while we manage the complexity behind the scenes. We help independent practices improve patient outcomes, strengthen financial performance, and build durable, sustainable businesses, without sacrificing their independence.

We’ve built a fast-growing network of independent PCPs and IPAs and are still early in our growth story. Backed by leading healthcare investors (GV and Triple Aim Partners), we are expanding into new markets and continuing to enhance our integrated suite of clinical and administrative solutions.

We are committed to keeping independent medicine strong, and we’re looking for people who want to help build the future of physician-led care.
