About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work remotely, but you will be part of a larger team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Record customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution
  • Interface with team personnel, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or other business needs
  • Respond to numerous phone inquiries daily and use standard call-center technology
  • Assist callers in completing online applications and provide support as needed
  • Adhere to privacy rules and regulations set forth by the programs we service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service
  • Report problems through an easy online system and respond to telephone inquiries within set time parameters

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving skills in complex situations
  • Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must submit speed test via speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working with help desk software
  • Experience working in a call-center environment
  • Knowledge of regulations and policies related to customer service
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
