Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email, phone, and our support desk system. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on our software solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch support to customers through email, phone, and our support desk system

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on our software solutions and provide expert guidance to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with our team

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a contact center environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution
  • Proven multitasking abilities, with experience working in an omnichannel environment
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk

  • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer support and software solutions
