Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Work From Home Part Time Intern, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely solutions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Supporting the team in enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with team members to address customer issues and concerns, and developing solutions to prevent similar issues in the future
  • Gaining insights into customer service operations and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations to excel in your role

Who Can Apply

We're looking for candidates who are:

  • Available to work from home and start the internship between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025
  • Available to commit to the internship for a duration of 3 months
  • Possessing relevant skills and interests in customer service, communication, and problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

Stipend and Perks

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to gain a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
