Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficient communication with customers and team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Entering data and processing orders precisely, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
- Collaborating with other members of the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Providing administrative support to the night management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner
- Attention to detail, with the ability to process orders and data precisely and accurately
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work an overnight shift (e.g., 8pm-4:30 am), with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the seafood industry and our products
- Experience with automated ordering systems and data entry software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
