Job Summary

As an Experienced BPO Associate - International Call Center / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customer accounts, providing accurate and complete information, and adhering to communication procedures and company policies. You will also be expected to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage your time to meet targets, while analyzing customer data and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong and lasting relationships with customer accounts through open, interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Manage phone contact handling with excellent listening and communication skills
  • Multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage your time to meet targets
  • Take on additional tasks as required by the department
  • Analyze customer data and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other service desks across processes for seamless support
  • Assist supervisors with any tasks assigned

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
