The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional support. You will be working remotely, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma (higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus)
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors
