Experienced Customer Service Agent – Ticket/Gate Agent Position at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes
- Ensuring customers have the correct travel documentation and making gate announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (bags may weigh up to 70 kg)
- Working loading bridges and establishing, securing, and closing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts varying from early morning to evening
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to pass a physical capacity test (PAT)
- Ability to pass a customer service assessment
