What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a TRAIN ON-SITE TO WORK FROM HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
  • Resolving customer issues and providing technical support
  • Identifying sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explaining and positioning products and services during customer interactions
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data entry using a computer
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
  • State or Federal work experience
