Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Survey Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development efforts. You'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, and market research studies. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, focus groups, and market research studies

  • Enter data into our database using our proprietary software
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with our research team to identify trends and insights from our data
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
  • Participate in focus groups and other research studies to gather data and provide feedback
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns based on our research findings

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, research, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data management software and databases

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and statistical software, such as SPSS or R

  • Knowledge of research methods and design
  • Experience with focus groups and other research studies
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting
  • Experience with marketing and advertising principles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
